Group Therapy
A therapy group isn't a class, and it isn't a diagnosis. It's a small, guided gathering of people who are going through something similar, led by a licensed clinician who keeps the space safe, focused, and warm. People often tell us they got more from a single group session than years of trying to figure it out alone.

A skills-based group focused on conversation, conflict, friendship, confidence, and managing big feelings. Active, age-appropriate, and run in cohorts.

A guided space to share, listen, and walk through grief alongside others. There is no "right way" and no timeline. Newcomers are always welcome.

A judgment-free circle for the emotional weight of new motherhood. We talk about mood, identity, relationships, sleep, body changes, and all the things no one warns you about.
We're expanding our group programs based on what our patients need. New groups under consideration include caregiver burnout, teen anxiety, men's wellness, and chronic illness support.

Most plans cover it. We'll verify your benefits before your first session — no surprises.
Yes. Groups follow strict confidentiality guidelines, and we go over them with you before you ever sit in the circle.
That's normal — almost everyone is. Call or message us first, and we'll walk you through exactly what to expect, who else will be in the room, and how the time is spent.
Small. We cap our groups so every member has space to speak and be heard.
